With injection presses ranging from 15 to 200 tons, including horizontal and vertical molding machines, we handle a broad spectrum of production needs. We specialize in high-performance materials, such as PEEK, PSU, PEI, ABS, POM, PC, PS, PPS, PBT and LCP. From small batches of 50 parts to large runs of 20 million, we accommodate part weights from 0.01 to 350 grams. Additionally, we offer specialized services in Ceramic Injection Molding (CIM) and plastic, metal, or ceramic overmolding using single or multi-cavity molds.
Our decoration and assembly services include a wide range of finishing and joining techniques to meet your product’s requirements. These include pad printing, hot stamping, painting, as well as the assembly of components using manual, automatic, or ultrasonic welding. We also offer precision machining to recover or modify parts as needed, ensuring high functionality and aesthetic quality.
To ensure tool longevity and optimal performance, we provide comprehensive maintenance services. Our in-house mechanic conducts preventive maintenance, tool cleaning, and version changes, while we guide clients through mold modifications with expert advice.
