Our 50,000 sq. ft. facility produces precision-engineered components – ranging from wind turbine components to lightweight, corrosion-resistant transportation parts. Pultrusion

Pultrusion is a precise composite technology delivering exceptional strength and dimensional control. Faroex specializes in supplying custom pultruded profiles for structural applications, including complex thin-wall, thick-wall, and solid profiles.

Faroex pultrusion lines support production, ranging from 12 to 36 inches, with two lines including RF pre-heating for thick-section profiles.

Hog flooring systems

Faroex pioneered the first all-composite hog flooring system, Faroex’s POLYGRATE system, introduced in 1981. It combines fiberglass-reinforced thermoplastic panels with corrosion-proof pultruded beams, creating a durable, heat-resistant, and sustainable solution.

POLYGRATE’s “high-low” finger design enhances traction, comfort and safety for sows while pultruded support beams ensure design flexibility and guaranteed strength. The system is produced using recycled materials and renewable hydropower.
